If you need to modify or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible at sales@lunamed.co.uk. We'll do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and major debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Additional payment options will be available shortly.

Yes — all payments are processed securely through our payment providers. LunaMed does not store your card details. Our checkout uses SSL encryption to keep your information safe.

Returns & Refunds

Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that opened sterile products, PPE, and clinical consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Contact us at sales@lunamed.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Once your return has been approved we'll provide return instructions and process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the item.
