LunaMed Supplies Ltd is a UK-based dental supply company committed to meeting all applicable regulatory requirements governing the distribution of dental and medical products in the United Kingdom.
Product Compliance
All products supplied by LunaMed are sourced from approved manufacturers and authorised distributors. Where applicable, products are CE marked or carry UKCA marking in accordance with UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (as amended). We only supply products that meet the relevant safety and performance standards required for professional dental use.
Our Responsibilities as a Distributor
As a distributor of dental and medical supplies, LunaMed takes its regulatory responsibilities seriously. We are committed to:
- Supplying only products from manufacturers and wholesalers who meet applicable regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of our supply chain to support traceability
- Cooperating with any regulatory investigation or product recall as required

In the event of a product safety issue or recall, LunaMed will notify affected customers as quickly as possible and provide guidance on the appropriate course of action. Reporting a Concern
If you have a concern about the safety or regulatory compliance of any product supplied by LunaMed, please contact us at sales@lunamed.co.uk. Concerns relating to medical devices can also be reported directly to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) at www.gov.uk/mhra.
