Returns Policy

30-day return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at sales@lunamed.co.uk. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and full instructions via email. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of dental and clinical supplies, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used consumables
- Sterile or single-use clinical products once packaging has been opened
- PPE including gloves and masks once the outer packaging has been opened
- Custom or special-order products
- Items marked as non-returnable at point of sale

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@lunamed.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at sales@lunamed.co.uk.
